1. Install both Sourcemod and Meta mod from the game panel
2. Open file manager and navigate to nmrih\addons\sourcemod\configs and open the file admins_simple.ini
3. At the bottom of the admins_simple.ini type the following
"In Game Name" "Full Admins" "your password"
4. Save the file then reboot your server
5. When in game before connecting to your server, open the console (~) and write "bind j sm_admin" (without the " ") then press enter
6. Connect to your server press j and use the menu to perform admin actions
