Day of Defeat: Source | How to install and setup custom maps

1. Stop your server.
2. Upload the maps .bsp file to the dod/maps folder of the server using FTP - if you're unsure how to use FTP, our FTP guide will take you through the process: Accessing Your Files With FTP
3. Click Configuration Files
4. Click Text-Editor next to 'mapcycle.txt'
5. Add each maps file name to the file (without the .bsp file extension), note that every map name needs to be on a new line.
   

   Copy these default map names in (if you want the default maps as well as custom maps)

   • dod_argentan
   • dod_avalanche
   • dod_flash
   • dod_donner
   • dod_anzio
   • dod_kalt
   • dod_jagd
   • dod_colmar
   • dod_palermo
     
6. Save the file in the top left.
7. Start your server.
