To add a contact account (or billing sub-user) please follow these steps:

-Log into your client area
-At the top right of the billing area, you will see a “Hello <your name>!” message. Click that box for the dropdown, there is a “Contacts/Sub-Accounts” button; click on it.
-Fill out the information for your billing sub-user/contact account and click “Save Changes” on the bottom.
