FAQ's

Q. How do I connect to the server using Ark Server Launcher

A.
1. Ensure you have installed the Ark Remote mod in the game panels "Mod Manager"
2. Download the Server Launcher from here https://steamcommunity.com/linkfilter/? ... uncher.zip
3. In the profile section put in the details required. You can find these details by clicking the "Ark Remote Details" button in the game panel
4. Once you have entered these details save the profile and click connect
5. Once done it should ask you if you want to import the server ini's, you want to click yes to this (if it doesnt hit the load ini's button)
6. You are now connected to the server

Q. I have followed the section above but am unable to connect
A. Click the Ark Remote Details" button in the game panel do the details match up? If they do and you still cannot connect please submit a support ticket

Q. I have clicked the "Ark Remote Details" button in the game panel but it shows the control port as 0
A. Please submit a support ticket and we will rectify this.
