To add yourself as an admin within the game follow this guide

1. Log into the game panel, select your server from game services then go to configuration files
2. open pingadmin.xml
3. Add your steam 64id into the admin line like so (To find your steam64 id go here http://steamid.co/)
<admin steamID="your steam 64 id" permission_level="0" />
4. save the file
5. reboot the server
6. You now have access to all the commands listed in permissions

If adding your steamid to the pingadmin.xml file isn't working in game, try the following commands in an external tool such as FrontRunnerTeks's server manager

To Add a new admin - admin add [Partial name or ID] [permission level] ex: admin add 171 3
To add a new command - cp add [command] [permission level] ex: cp add settime 3

A working Pingadmin.xml file should look like this

Code: Select all

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!--
	 This file holds the settings for who is banned, whitelisted,
   admins, moderators, and server command permissions.
   Steam ID can be found using http://steamid.co/
