I had an issue with my Conan Exiles server. It wasn't showing up on the server list and my control panel showed that there was 0 CPU and Memory usage (i.e. some kind of server crash.) I submitted a ticket and less than 10 minutes later I got an email from James at Customer Support who said he was looking into the problem. Got another email from him a couple hours later saying he had found and fixed the issues. I am very pleased with the response time on replying to the ticket and I have no problem with the time required to fix the issue. Turns out the game database was damaged and he was able to fix/restore the program. The game is still in early release so I expect program issues from time to time but I am VERY PLEASED with the service I got from James and PingPerfect.
