Wurm Unlimited Ticket

Had a problem adding admin to our new wurm unlimited server.

Tech support took ticket, attempted to resolve with knowledge base and when that failed they quickly pushed it up to lead tech status. PingPerfect kept me informed as they worked with wurm devs to resolve the problem.

As a result of how impressed I was, I added TS services and considering hosting another wurm server as well as another game.

Living the US I was worried that I would be forgotten by the UK company; I was wrong and have not had to wait longer that 2 hours for a reply.
