Please make note to the above post about making your server Private.

You will need to generate a new world in order to make your server private.
If you attempt to make your server private using an existing world then it will break your server and it will require a re-install.

Adding Additional Planets

1) Log into the game panel and go to Configuration files
2) Open CAGGame\Config\DefaultGame.ini within the text editor.
3) Find the line MaxPlanetInstances=
4) Change the number after = to any number between 1 - 12
5) Save the file then restart the server.

Rust: How to remove decay from your server

How to remove decay:

Use rcon then issue the command decay.scale 0
0 means no decay while 1 is the default.

some examples below:
decay.scale 0.5 = 50% decay rate
1.0 is normal
0 is off
